We were neighbors and classmates and became "partners in crime" through our mid-20s (until we finally decided to grow up). We experienced all of the "firsts" together and I never thought I would share in a "last." Debbie was so alive, a hard worker, knew what she wanted and went after it. We were both only children and were the sisters we didn't have. I am still in disbelief, and my thoughts stray to her each and every day. Debbie let her voice be heard, and I know her spicy spirit will live on forever! May God bless you Debbie. I still love you!
