Lizette and I used to work together back in 1996. We took lunches together and discussed work, family, friends -- all the things in life that made us happy, sad, or just glad to be alive. She was a passionate, energetic woman and a devoted mother to her children. Though we lost touch when she went to work for Aon, I was deeply saddened to hear what had happened. My thoughts are with her children and my hope is they will always keep her bright spirit close to them, as I'm sure she watches over them even now.
