Condolence By: Anonymous -
I have fond memories of "the Norwegian from Brooklyn." He and I were classmates at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, and participated in the freshman talent show together in 1969. I'll always remember him as bright, fun and full of life. God bless him and his family. I pray every day for him and the others.

Condolence By: Anonymous -
I worked with Lars some years ago at Marsh and McLennan. I remember him always having a twinkle in his eye, a smile on his face and a cigar in his mouth. I remember his beaming face when he came into work one morning and announced his wife was pregnant with their first child. I remember dancing up a storm with him at the Christmas party one year. I remember sneaking out from work one day with him and another colleague to go to City Hall where the Mets were being honored after a World Series win. My heart broke when I heard he and so many others I remember at Marsh and McLennan were killed on September 11. God bless you, Lars.
