He was a good guy. A little bit odd sometimes but he had a great heart. We would stay up after lights out sometimes and swap recipes and talked about having a BBQ sometime after Boot Camp. I don't remember what he said he was going to do as a Marine but I'm sure he did it well. We really helped eachother out especially during the crucuble. I wish i had kept in touch with him, but that's how life goes. I'll never forget him. Rest assured that as long as the United States Marines have anything to say about his life and many others have not been sacrificed in vain!
