I was out there with her when her convoy was attack, I was at my Iraqi Police Station conducting training when I heard the radio traffic come from one of their drivers sending the SITREP to our battle space owners. That radio transmission haunts me to this day and I still feel that my squad should have dont something about it. I miss Katie very much and wish that I could see her just one more time.
